Established in 1979, Lake Ballinger Village condominium community is situated on the serene banks of Lake Ballinger in vibrant Mountlake Terrace, WA. Spread across acres of lush pacific northwest landscape the community consists of 44 one- and two-bedroom units.

LBV community is managed by Quorum Property Management and served by a five-member board of directors made up of elected volunteer homeowners.
